 <title>Wolfgang Bertsch visit to Nepal</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The German Numismatic writer, Wolfgang Bertsch who has written two famous books “A study of Tibetan Paper money with a critical Bibliography” and “The  Currency of Tibet” has visited Nepal Numismatic Society office in Kathmanu on 15th November 2003. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Besides these two books he has written many articles on Tibet Currency. About 35 NNS members were present on that occasion.  <title>New Rs 5.00 Banknote out of circulation...</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The new Rs 5.00 banknote is out of circulation and on today’s newspaper  it is said that the British currency note printer M/s. De la rue has agreed to take back all faulty Rs 5.00 notes and will replace it with new ones. The new Rs 5.00  note will became scarce  after some time. The Nepal Numismatic Society has advised its member to stock UNC of this as much they can.&lt;/p&gt;
